Vertical Drilling and Milling Centre BZ

The latest generation of the vertical drilling and milling centres of production series WEMAS BA and BZ is a complete line of highly dynamic and productive machining centres. The main fields of application of these machines are fastest possible and effective production of different series of workpieces as well as single production of elements, depending on preferably high machine dynamics (e.g. milling of 3 D contours or electrodes). On account of the above mentioned reasons the machines of this series of production were optimized regarding the stated range of functions. The most important points are the considerable reduction of non-productive machine times (e.g. tool change times), increase of machine dynamics and the rapid feed as well as increase of the main spindle dynamic considering the possible acceleration values of the spindle as well as the reduction of its moments of inertia.
